<p>The suspect charged in&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/tupac-shakur" rel="" target="_blank" title="Tupac Shakur">Tupac Shakur</a>'s murder investigation is behind bars -- but perhaps not for much longer.&nbsp;</p>

<p>On Tuesday, a Nevada judge set bail at $750,000 for Duane "Keefe D" Davis, who has been jailed without bail at the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas, the <a href="https://apnews.com/article/tupac-shakur-killing-vegas-keffe-davis-trial-bb66714872ca24b30c86fed32a54e1f5" rel="" target="_blank">Associated Press</a> reported. Per the AP, the judge said Davis could serve house arrest with electronic monitoring while he awaits trial in June.</p>

<p>On Sept. 29, the <a href="https://apnews.com/article/tupac-shakur-killing-duane-keefe-davis-vegas-3f7050c2a68813d86a96b96fbb3f1d1a" rel="" target="_blank">Associated Press</a>&nbsp;reported that Davis had been arrested that morning in connection with the 1996 murder. Later in the day, Clark County Chief Deputy District Attorney Marc DiGiacomo announced that Keefe had been&nbsp;indicted by&nbsp;a grand jury on one count of murder with a deadly weapon. Two months later, he pleaded not guilty.</p>

<p>Davis has long been a known figure in the investigation of Shakur's murder and has admitted in interviews and in his 2019 memoir, <em>Compton Street Legend,</em> that he was in the car that fired the shots in the September 1996 drive-by shooting.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Las Vegas Metro Police confirmed to ET that a search warrant was served at a home in Henderson, Nevada, on July 17 as part of the ongoing investigation. At the time, the LVMPD declined to comment further.</p>

<p data-analytics-observe="off" data-component-name="paragraph" data-editable="text" data-uri="cms.cnn.com/_components/paragraph/instances/paragraph_4D3E2A7C-7163-3929-45C9-6ACDAADB8CB7@published">Shakur was&nbsp;shot multiple times&nbsp;in Las Vegas on Sept. 7, 1996 while leaving a boxing match at the MGM Grand Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.</p>

<p data-analytics-observe="off" data-component-name="paragraph" data-editable="text" data-uri="cms.cnn.com/_components/paragraph/instances/paragraph_4D3E2A7C-7163-3929-45C9-6ACDAADB8CB7@published">The "Dear Mama" rapper was in a car with Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight when a white Cadillac pulled up beside them and began shooting out of the back window, hitting Shakur. He died in the hospital from internal injuries on Sept. 13.</p>

<p data-analytics-observe="off" data-component-name="paragraph" data-editable="text" data-uri="cms.cnn.com/_components/paragraph/instances/paragraph_4D3E2A7C-7163-3929-45C9-6ACDAADB8CB7@published">While authorities believed at the time that the 25-year-old rapper was the intended target of the shooting, the investigation remains unsolved, with police continuing to search for answers as to who killed the GRAMMY-nominated musician.</p>

<p>Shakur was one of the most popular rappers in the world when he was killed, selling over 75 million records worldwide -- and became a legend after his death, with dozens of posthumous albums, books, documentaries and films released about him and his untimely death. He was even turned into a hologram for Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre's 2012 Coachella performance. Shakur was&nbsp;inducted&nbsp;into the Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame in 2017, and just last month, he posthumously received a <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tupac-shakurs-legacy-honored-with-walk-of-fame-star-26-years-after-his-death-206027" rel="" target="_blank" title="star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame">star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame</a>.</p>

<p>The update is the latest in the case following a 2019 lead from&nbsp;Greg Kading, a retired Los Angeles police detective, who alleged to&nbsp;<em>CBS News Los Angeles</em>&nbsp;that Shakur's murder had already been solved after Davis confessed to his involvement in the murder of Shakur while being questioned in connection with the murder of The Notorious B.I.G., also known as Christopher Wallace.</p>

<p>At the time, Las Vegas police only said that the case was still an open investigation.</p>

<p>Kailyn Lowry is now a mother of five! The <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/teen-mom-2" rel="" target="_blank" title="Teen Mom 2"><em>Teen Mom</em></a><i>&nbsp;</i>alum<i>&nbsp;</i>confirmed on Friday that she secretly welcomed her fifth child during a recent episode of her&nbsp;<em><a href="https://www.podcastone.com/pd/Barely-Famous" rel="" target="_blank">B</a></em><a href="https://www.podcastone.com/pd/Barely-Famous" rel="" target="_blank"><em>arely Famous</em></a>&nbsp;podcast.</p>

<p>"I have not addressed the rumors about, you know, my fifth son," Lowry, 31, said on the podcast. "And so can I do that now, and just say, this is not where I was supposed to bring it up."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Lowry later confirmed to <a href="https://people.com/kailyn-lowry-finally-confirms-she-quietly-welcomed-fifth-baby-exclusive-8356398" rel="" target="_blank"><em>People</em></a> that she and her boyfriend, Elijah Scott, welcomed a son named Rio sometime last year. The little bundle of joy is Scott and Lowry's first child together, but Lowry is also mother to&nbsp;sons Creed, 3, and Lux, 6, with ex Chris Lopez, 9-year-old Lincoln with ex Javi Marroquin and 13-year-old son Isaac with ex Jo Rivera.</p>

<p id="mntl-sc-block_1-0-13">"I wanted to be able to tell my own story on my own terms and kind of share what information I wanted to share instead of being within a contractual obligation or storyline," Lowry told the outlet.&nbsp;</p>

<p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CyVlysDAJge/" rel="" target="_blank">She later posted the clip to Instagram</a>, along with a photo of her in the hospital, seemingly holding baby Rio.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"You won’t want to miss the new episode of #barelyfamous that dropped," Lowry wrote in the caption.&nbsp;</p>

<p>To <em>People</em>, she continued,&nbsp;"I feel like it was ripped out from under me time and time again. I kind of feel like my hands are tied. People are announcing it for me and so, at this point, I might as well just talk about it."</p>

<p>The reality star first hinted at Rio's arrival in July, when speaking to guest&nbsp;Aurora Culpo on her <em><a href="https://open.spotify.com/episode/1e7l41NdKbKFhbas13gsdd" target="_blank" title="Baby Mamas No Drama">Baby Mamas No Drama</a>&nbsp;</em>podcast<i>.</i> Lowry and Culpo were speaking about&nbsp;Culpo family's TLC series,&nbsp;<em>The Culpo&nbsp;Sisters</em>, when she made the admission.</p>

<p>"I first came across your show in the hospital having one of my kids," Lowry told Culpo during the July 4 episode.&nbsp;"The first episode that I saw was, I believe, you told your parents that you were, maybe, separating or divorcing and then one of your sisters was going to watch your kids."</p>

<p>While Lowry didn't specify when she welcomed the new addition, the series, which follows Culpo and her sisters, Olivia and Sophia, first premiered on the network in November 2022.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Lowry told&nbsp;<i>Us Weekly</i>&nbsp;in 2021 that she wasn't ruling out having children with Scott.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I don't have any intentions any time soon to have more children," she said at the time, "but I'm going through IVF and egg retrievals so that I can potentially have the chance in the future, if that's what I want."</p>

<p>Elaborating further on an episode of her <em>Coffee Convos </em>podcast, she said of Scott, "My boyfriend doesn’t have kids of his own, so it could go either way."</p>

<p>Lowry also called Scott the "love of her life" on the same show, telling co-host Lindsie Chrisley, "It's crazy because they say when you know, you just know, and that's how I feel."</p>

<p>"I feel like I've known him for a lifetime. Like I feel like I have known him forever," she added before noting that she could see herself getting married again later down the line.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/lea-michele" rel="" target="_blank" title="Lea Michele">Lea Michele</a> is celebrating her son Ever's birthday months after a "scary health issue" sent him to the hospital.</p>

<p>The&nbsp;<em>Funny Girl</em>&nbsp;star took to Instagram to share a family photo of her, Ever, and her husband, Zandy Reich. The sweet portrait saw the family dressed in white and tan, with the 36-year-old actress dressed in a white, flowing summer dress, Ever in a white shirt and cream shorts, and Reich in a white tee and tan slacks.</p>

<p>Michele and Reich smile back at the camera while each holds Ever's hand, as he stood in the middle of his proud parents, his back to the camera.</p>

<p>The photo slideshow also included some solo shots with mom and the toddler, including a black-and-white pic of Michele cradling the little one, and one in color of the mother of one holding her baby boy as she smiled for the camera.</p>

<p>"Happy 3rd Birthday to our beautiful son! Ever we love you so much!" Michele, who plays Fanny Brice in the Broadway production&nbsp;captioned the post.</p>

<p>The birthday party comes after a scary few months for the little one, who was hospitalized on multiple occasions this year.&nbsp;Michele&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/lea-micheles-son-ever-2-hospitalized-for-scary-health-issue-201399" rel="" target="_blank">first revealed</a>&nbsp;Ever's struggles in March, writing on Instagram that he was hospitalized with "a scary health issue."</p>

<p>Shortly thereafter,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/lea-michele-says-son-ever-is-coming-home-soon-shares-pic-from-his-hospital-bed-after-scary-health" rel="" target="_blank">Michele posted again</a>, sharing that Ever would be heading home from the hospital "soon." He&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/lea-michele-reveals-son-ever-is-hospitalized-again-its-hard-not-to-break-down-and-cry-202267" rel="" target="_blank">was back in the hospital</a>&nbsp;in early April, though.</p>

<p>"These hard times show you truly what matters and what is important in life, and how much we have to be grateful for," Michele wrote in part on Instagram.&nbsp;"It's been hard to say the least, but our boy is such a champ and is going to be ok. But it still hurts."</p>

<p>She&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/lea-michele-returns-to-broadways-funny-girl-amid-her-sons-hospitalization-202311" rel="" target="_blank">returned to work</a>&nbsp;not long after, though she did run "to give my baby a hug" between performances. Michele most recently <a href="https://www.etonline.com/lea-michele-brings-out-son-ever-for-funny-girl-curtain-call-on-mothers-day-following-his-204626" rel="" target="_blank" title="brought Ever to the stage">brought Ever to the stage</a> during the show's Mother's Day performance,&nbsp;leaning down to the orchestra section to grab her son who had bouquets of flowers in his hands for more.</p>

Lea Michele Celebrates Son Ever's Third Birthday Months After Hospitalization 

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/dwayne-johnson" rel="" target="_blank">Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson</a> is sharing a message of support and solidarity amid the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/how-did-maui-fire-start-cause-lahaina-hawaii-wildfire/" rel="" target="_blank">devastating wildfires</a>&nbsp;in Maui and Southern California's Hurricane Hilary.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Johnson took to Instagram to give his love and strength to the people of Hawaii as they work to rebuild Lahaina town amid the fires that left destruction on the Island of Maui and took over 100 lives.</p>

<p>"This message goes out to our Hawaiian islands back home, our Hawaiian people. Our Polynesian people," the <em>Fast &amp; Furious</em>&nbsp;actor began. "As hard as it is right now, as challenging as it is right now, as heartbreaking as it is right now, we have to stay together, because this -- no doubt -- is the thing that is going to make us stronger."</p>

<p>He continued, "We know that. We know that this is who we are as kanaka, as a culture and a community, that when we're down, we come together and we rise. And we will. So stay strong, and to all of the people all around the world, all the families around the world who are sending our Hawaiian islands, our Hawaiian people, our Polynesian culture:&nbsp; thank you for sending us all your love, and your prayers and your support,&nbsp; your resources, your supplies, your money -- thank you."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Johnson, who filmed the video during a workout at his home gym in Southern California, also made mention of the elders on the Hawaiian island of Maui and those who are ensuring that Lahaina is rebuilt with the Hawaiian people in mind and with their say.</p>

<p>"Thank you to our OGs, you know you are," Johnson said. "I can't wait to come back home, and thank you so much for helping us put together what we are trying to put together, all in the spirit, as we know, of holding onto that anchor and our mission, and mission is to make sure that our Hawaiian land stays with our people."</p>

<p>Johnson also shared his support for those in Southern California as the region is hit by Hurricane Hilary. The hurricane, which has since been downgraded to a tropical storm, has brought rain and flooding to the area since late Saturday evening. In addition to gusty winds and rainfall that is expected to last through Monday morning, Southern California was also impacted by a 5.1 magnitude earthquake Sunday in Ojai, California. The impact of the quake was felt as far out as Inglewood, with many baffled at how an earthquake can strike in the midst of a tropical storm.</p>

<p>"In the meantime, we're in Southern California," the 51-year-old former WWE star continued before wrapping up his message. "We're trying to get ready and prepare as best we can for this crazy storm that's getting ready to hit us. So everybody here in California -- Southern California -- be prepared and stay strong. And to everybody back home, I love you. Stay strong."</p>

<p>The action star previously spoke out about the wildfires last week, taking to Instagram to share a slideshow of snapshots showing firefighters, first responders and civilians&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/mick-fleetwood-heartbroken-over-losing-front-st-restaurant-in-maui-fires-209588" rel="" target="_blank">doing what they could to fight the wildfires</a>&nbsp;and help in the immediate aftermath of the disaster.</p>

<p>"Heartbroken but our faith and mana is strong," Johnson wrote. "First responders, health care teams, hotels, locals businesses, boots on the ground organizations and all our local heroes, stay strong - we love you and appreciate you."</p>

<p>"All our local families, our ohana, our aiga, stay strong thru this devastating time," he continued. "Resilience resolve is our DNA. Our ancestors are in our blood. This is who we are. This is what we do. I love you. Stay strong."</p>

<p>He also suggested that people interested in helping could donate to the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.hawaiicommunityfoundation.org/maui-strong" rel="" target="_blank">Hawaiʻi Community Foundation</a>.</p>

<p>The horrifying natural disaster began Aug. 8. According to the Āina Momona environmental nonprofit organization, the wildfires began as a result of drought conditions and hurricane weather, leaving now 114 people dead, destroying the historic Lahaina Town and forcing evacuations across the island.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Several stars with ties to the island have also been addressing the tragic news, including Jason Momoa, Oprah Winfrey, Maui residents Carlos and Alexa PenaVega, and Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich --&nbsp;who owns a home on the island.&nbsp;Additionally, Mick Fleetwood&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/mick-fleetwood-heartbroken-over-losing-restaurant-in-maui-fires-209588" rel="" target="_blank">expressed devastation</a>&nbsp;over the situation and revealed on Instagram that his restaurant, Fleetwood's on Front St., has been destroyed amid the tragedy.</p>

Dwayne Johnson Shares Message of Solidarity Amid Maui Fires and California's Hurricane Hilary 

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/blake-lively" rel="" target="_blank" title="Blake Lively">Blake Lively</a> has got it going on!</p>

<p>The mother of four showed off her bikini body in a red swimsuit as part of a new photoshoot for her sparkling soda brand, Betty Buzz.</p>

<p>In the series of shots, a tanned Lively is seen holding up one of the glass soda bottles to her lips as red visor creates a red hue around her face. The second photo has the actress holding up that same bottle her neck in an attempt to cool down amid the summer heat. Dressed in a red bikini, complete with the visor and bright red lip, Lively fashioned her strawberry blonde locks into pigtails for the fun photoshoot.</p>

<p>A third shot sees Lively smile for the camera as she sits atop a towel by the pool.</p>

<p>In more shots from the shoot shared to her Instagram Stories, Lively, who welcomed baby No. 4 with husband, <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/ryan-reynolds" rel="" target="_blank" title="Ryan Reynolds">Ryan Reynolds</a>, earlier this year, channels "Stacy's Mom" in another look at the bikini-clad spread.</p>

<p>Lively, who also shares daughters, James, 8, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3, with Reynolds, took time to troll her hubby while promoting the soft drink.</p>

<p>Lively jokingly responded by calling out her personal trainer, Don Saladino, writing, "@donsaladino Wait. No. That’s not how. He’s not the father. He’s just the one who helps me fit into (some of) my clothes again after. He’s an even better person and friend than trainer. And that’s saying a lot. ♥️"</p>

Blake Lively Channel's 'Stacy's Mom' in Red Bikini for New Photo Shoot 

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/tori-spelling" rel="" target="_blank">Tori Spelling</a>&nbsp;is in the hospital.</p>

<p>The&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/tv/beverly-hills-90210" rel="" target="_blank"><em>Beverly Hills,&nbsp;90210</em></a>&nbsp;alum took to her Instagram Stories Sunday to reveal that she's been hospitalized for four days. While she did not say what illness she was battling, Spelling did give a shoutout to her children, who she called "strong" and "brave" amid her absence.</p>

<p>"4th day here and I'm missing my kiddos so much ...," Spelling wrote over a photo of her hand, which saw the actress receive IV fluids.</p>

<p>"Grateful and so proud of my strong, brave, resilient, and kind to the core children who remain positive no matter what comes our way," she added.</p>

<p>Per the hospital bracelet on Spelling's arm, the 50-year-old was admitted for care on Thursday, August 17.</p>

<p>The hospitalization comes amid a myriad of financial and health concerns for the actress and her family. It was recently revealed that Spelling and her&nbsp;five children were forced to live in an RV.</p>

<p>Earlier this month, a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/tori-spelling-staying-in-rv-with-her-kids-amid-house-mold-and-money-struggles-pics-209128" rel="" target="_blank">source told ET</a>&nbsp;that Tori -- the daughter of Candy Spelling and late TV producer Aaron Spelling -- "has been&nbsp;struggling monetarily speaking" and was forced out of her home due to mold issues. The source also said that it's been "difficult for her to find a place to stay" because "her financial situation is not great."</p>

<p>"Tori is doing her best to make things work and take care of her kids," the source also said of Spelling -- who shares Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 6, whom with ex,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/dean-mcdermott" rel="" target="_blank">Dean McDermott</a>.</p>

<p>In photos&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/tori-spelling-staying-in-rv-with-her-kids-amid-house-mold-and-money-struggles-pics-209128" rel="" target="_blank">obtained by ET</a>, Spelling&nbsp;<a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/tori-spelling/article-12366221/Tori-Spelling-seen-staying-RV-California-campsite-five-kids-former-TV-star-spotted-bedding-100-night-motel-amid-split-Dean-McDermott.html" rel="" target="_blank">was photographed</a>&nbsp;staying at a campground in Ventura County, California. The photos showed Spelling driving the RV, sitting outside in a camping chair, unpacking supplies and even chatting with a state park officer who stopped by their campsite.</p>

<p>Spelling was forced to leave her rental home in May due to a <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tori-spelling-takes-children-to-urgent-care-forced-to-vacate-home-over-mold-infection-204381" rel="" target="_blank" title="mold infestation">mold infestation</a>, which saw two of her children in urgent care.</p>

<p>Calling the home a health hazard, Spelling said at the time that she was working to move her family of seven to another location after vacating the property.</p>

<p>Prior to that&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/tori-spelling-reveals-14-year-old-daughters-diagnosis-after-two-hospitalizations-197641" rel="" target="_blank" title="daughter Stella was diagnosed with">daughter Stella was diagnosed with</a>&nbsp;in January after both Liam and Beau were hospitalized for other illnesses that same month.&nbsp;Spelling herself was hospitalized after experiencing&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/tori-spelling-hospitalized-for-dizziness-and-trouble-breathing-196367" rel="" target="_blank" title="bouts of dizziness and trouble breathing">bouts of dizziness and trouble breathing</a>&nbsp;before the holidays.</p>

Tori Spelling Says She's Been Hospitalized for 4 Days

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/britney-spears" rel="" target="_blank">Britney Spears</a>&nbsp;stepped out for the first time since news of&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/britney-spears-and-sam-asghari-split-a-complete-timeline-of-their-relationship-209872" rel="" target="_blank">her divorce</a>&nbsp;from&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/sam-asghari" rel="" target="_blank">Sam Asghari</a>.</p>

<p>In <a href="https://hollywoodlife.com/2023/08/19/britney-spears-first-photos-sam-asghari-split/" rel="" target="_blank" title="new photos">new photos</a> taken of the pop star, Spears was seen making a late-night food run at Dave's Hot Chicken in Oxnard, California over the weekend.</p>

<p>The 41-year-old singer kept things casual in a pink and white sweater and black shorts, which she paired with tan platform sandals. Spears, who wore her long, blonde locks down for the fast food pickup, held what appears to be a drink in a small glass as she exited the eatery.</p>

<p>Spears posted about her night out on Instagram, sharing a video with a group of mystery men, including one who licks her leg as she poses in a sparkling green dress. Later in the video, the group, which she called her "fav boys," were seen holding Spears up as they all smiled for the camera.</p>

<p>In the caption, Spears opened up about the outing and revealed she had been "followed" by paparazzi to the chicken shop, telling fans that she believes the photogs had been tipped off.</p>

<p>"When you go to meet up with a so called “friend” and drive an hour for chicken !!! Then you have to wait in the car and need to use the bathroom ... I knew paps were tipped off because the car I was in was never used before … so how I was I followed ???," a perplexed Spears wrote. "Malibu Canyon Road is the most horrible road ever to drive on ... so what does a b*tch like me do !!??! I put my green dress on and show up at my friends !!! I invited my fav boys over and PLAYED ALL NIGHT !!!"</p>

<p>The outing marks Spears' first since Asghari, 29, filed for divorce from the "Sometimes" singer last week, after just one year of marriage.</p>

<p>As ET&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/sam-asghari-files-for-divorce-from-britney-spears-after-1-year-of-marriage-exclusive-209894" rel="" target="_blank">exclusively reported</a>, it was Asghari who pulled the trigger on the marriage and filed for divorce. On Thursday, Asghari broke his silence about the divorce and said, in part, "<a href="https://www.etonline.com/sam-asghari-breaks-his-silence-after-filing-for-divorce-from-britney-spears-st-happens-209948" rel="" target="_blank">s**t happens.</a>"</p>

<p>Also earlier this week, Asghari's rep set the record straight&nbsp;on a number of stories floating around since the breakup became public.</p>

<p>"There are many claims that Sam is challenging the prenup and threatening to exploit his ex-wife with videos. However, all these claims are false, as no negative intention has ever been directed towards her and never will be," Asghari's rep told ET. "Sam has always and will always support her."</p>

<p>Spears spoke out about the divorce on Instagram on Friday, where she thanked her fans. While she admitted that she's "<a href="https://www.etonline.com/britney-spears-breaks-her-silence-on-split-from-sam-asghari-i-couldnt-take-the-pain-anymore-210033" rel="" target="_blank">shocked</a>"&nbsp;over their split, Spears said she's "doing pretty damn good."</p>

<p>"As everyone knows, Hesam and I are no longer together … 6 years is a long time to be with someone so, I’m a little shocked but … I’m not here to explain why because its honestly nobody’s business !!!" she wrote. "But, I couldn’t take the pain anymore honestly !!! In some sort of telepathic way I have been receiving so many messages that melt my heart from friends and I thank you !!! I’ve been playing it strong for way too long and my Instagram may seem perfect but it’s far from reality and I think we all know that !!!"</p>

<p>Spears and Asghari tied the knot in June 2022, after meeting on set of the music video for her 2016 track, "Slumber Party." The pair got engaged in&nbsp;September 2021, just two months before her 13-year conservatorship came to an end.</p>
